A franchised business has been thoroughly tried and tested and comes with an in-depth understanding of the market. As a franchisee, you can run a business from an already successful blueprint.

As a Mind Marvels franchisee, you will be an entrepreneur and purchase an exclusive location to operate in, with a five year agreement alongside paying a monthly percentage of your earnings. You will be fully supported every step of the way and have access to the tools, resources and a supportive team to help you succeed.

For us, this isn’t just an offer of something we want to make money from.

We live and breathe wellbeing, and being genuinely passionate about empowering children is a non-negotiable trait that we look for in any potential franchisee.

Also, unlike many franchises, running the sessions according to our blueprint is only the start – not the end goal.

We actively encourage you to bring new ideas to the table, and to grow and scale your business.

We’re committed to our goal to impact as many children as possible, and when you join, you also join that mission. And the more of us there are, the more children we can help.

There is no one-size-fits-all for joining Mind Marvels.

We welcome people from a variety of backgrounds. 

The priority is awarding the franchise to franchisees who are:

  • Genuine and operate with integrity
  • Are resilient and proactive about taking action from Day 1
  • In their element when working with children
  • Have ambitions to scale the business e.g. hiring a team and owning multiple territories
  • Committed to developing their wellbeing and business practises

Although having prior leadership and/or business experience isn’t essential, it can help since you will be leading your own business within the Mind Marvels family.

However, all the support is in place for you to learn and gain experience fast.

If you don’t have previous business experience, we provide in-depth training when you join and throughout the lifetime of your business to help you grow and develop. 

However, you must be eager to learn, organised and be proactive – the training only works if you take action.

We only want the best people who are ready to make that difference in the world!


Prior experience working with young children is certainly helpful, but only to combat nerves at the start! Our onboarding training gives you the tools to confidently interact, deliver and cope with challenging situations (should they ever arise). 

Our priority isn’t to check if you’re a teacher, have been one or have prior experience working with children.

Our priority is to ensure you have the exact traits that’ll help you get a return on your investment.

A reminder of the must-haves are:

  • An action-taker who glides through the training and makes great progress as they go along
  • The resilience to persevere, try new things and be proactive
  • A can-do attitude from Day 1
  • A willingness to take action from Day 1

You won’t be in a floundering situation where emergency measures kick in.

Our monthly checkpoints mean that we spot challenges or struggles early on.

And that means we take action early too, to make sure you have the exact support you need to turn things around.
