We hope you and your families are safe and it’s been lovely to see neighbours all helping each other at this time. A real community spirit. There may still be uncertain times ahead with us all feeling a range of emotions. Mind Marvels aim to support young people and families with calming strategies and practical tools to help.

We set up a Facebook group for parents and families for advice, resources and talking about our small wins. Thank you to the one thousand of you already who have joined since the launch. It’s been great to chat!
