A licence is your opportunity to run your own business using a proven system and trusted brand, without starting completely from scratch.

Unlike a franchise, our Big Little Spark licence doesn’t have strict territory areas and we don’t take a percentage of your earnings. What you earn is yours to keep!

Instead, you get the flexibility to run your business your way, while accessing the tools and resources you need to succeed.

With our Big Little Spark licence, you’ll have:

  • Ready-to-use session plans and promotional materials

  • Group training and CPD to deliver sessions confidently

  • A supportive community of fellow licensees

  • The flexibility to integrate the licence with existing services or run it as a standalone business

Is this a franchise model?

Big Little Spark is not a franchise. You’re free to operate wherever you choose, no fixed territory. Instead of paying a percentage of your income, you simply pay a low fixed monthly fee – you keep more of what you earn!

Who can join as a licensee?

The Big Little Spark licence model works for:

  • People starting a new children’s wellbeing business

  • Existing children’s activity providers wanting to expand their services

  • Professionals from education, youth work, therapy, sports, or arts

  • Anyone motivated to use their skills to support children’s emotional wellbeing

It’s flexible, so licensees can run it solo, alongside other services, or in whatever way suits them best, such as directly in schools and nurseries as part of their current job role.

What if I don't have any experience running a business?

Your success depends on your own effort, commitment and willingness to learn – business experience isn’t required, but taking action is.

Do I need to be a teacher to join?

No, you don’t need to be a teacher to join. The Big Little Spark licence is open to anyone passionate about children’s wellbeing, whether you come from education, youth work, therapy, sports, arts, or you’re starting fresh. The main requirement is your commitment to making a positive impact in children’s lives.

What if things aren’t going exactly to plan?
